Frances first began practicing yoga in 2004 when she was working full-time and in a doctoral program. It was one of the most stressful times of her life and the once a week yoga class with a friend helped her to find a calm place and focus. She has loved the practice ever since. In 2013, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa yoga certification at Yoga Path Studio in Moorestown, NJ under the direction of Veronica Jenson and Rochelle Townsend. In 2016 she completed additional training in VaihAyasa Aerial Yoga under the direction of Cathy Brown. Yoga is a journey, and Frances likes to bring a theme to her classes that includes yoga philosophy, breath work, alignment instruction, and a level of challenge that each student can meet in their own way.
