After many life changes and 3 months of travelling, her yoga practice was Sarah's one constant that kept her grounded. After being licensed as a yoga instructor, Sarah continued to deepen her knowledge of the energetic body with trainings in different healing energy modalities, Reiki and Healing Touch. The yoga path also guided Sarah to teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga;, and while she doesn't only teach to the pregnant community, her training gave her a deep understanding of the physical body and how to accommodate for all types of students which is something she emphasizes in all of her classes. She incorporates the chakras, mudras, and other yogic philosophies into her yoga classes as a way to emphasize a connection between mind and body. Sarah gives students as many tools as she can to use off the mat to allow them to manage sleep cycles, chronic pain, and daily stressors.
