Tiffany Wright


Yoga allows us to dig deeper, open our hearts, and find connection with our Self and others. Tiffany's passion for yoga was strongly influenced by her love of body movement. With a background as a collegiate cheerleader and a current acrobat, she continues to find ways to move the body with mindfulness and grace. Once yoga was introduced, she sought out to explore the different components of yoga - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Tiffany has completed a 200-hr teacher training in NJ, an acroyoga teacher training in Bali, and a 500-hr therapeutic yoga teacher training in Thailand. Within those trainings, she has developed a deeper understanding of the importance of connecting mind, body and spirit. Tiffany has also obtained a Masters of Science degree in Mental Health. Her studies have blessed her with adequate knowledge, as she utilizes a sensitive, understanding and empathetic approach to her teachings.
